Kerry O'Donnell, Bill Utz and Tiffany Green, all pastoral counselors, join Dr. Dillon as clinical staff at GPS. All four are graduates of the Institute of Pastoral Studies at Loyola University, Chicago. Together we work to provide services to the whole system, in that even when working with an individual, we always consider the relational network in which that person lives.  We may also collaborate in that one of us may see an individual and another clinician the couple or family. We are committed to ongoing learning and support one another as a staff through regular study and inspiration for the care of our own bodies, minds and souls as we remain faithful in our calling.

Be strong and courageous and get to work. Don’t be frightened by the size of the task, for the Lord my God is with you; He will not forsake you. He will see to it that everything is finished correctly.
— 1 Chronicles 28:20

Contemporary neuroscience substantiates we are created for connection, we are fearfully and wonderfully made, and how we treat one another matters, across all domains and stages of life.  A seasoned clinician of faith, Char bears witness to her client's story, and helps facilitate new insights, language, and practices which promote healthier personal integration and secure relationships.  She tends to specialize in developmental trauma and is trained in Somatic Experiencing, DARe interventions, and developmental psychology.
